Freetrader Orion

“I enjoy a rousing space opera, blasters blazing as rugged crewmen take on bug-eyed monsters and other threats from outer space. Bill Craig can tell such a yarn with the best of ‘em.”
- William R. Burkett, Jr., author of Sleeping Planet

“My kind of sci-fi story …”
- H. L. Osterman, author of Robots and Rust Buckets

Here is the first in Craig’s new sci-fi series, a tale about a star freighter manned by one-eyed battle-experienced Capt. Kiel Dorn and his crew – among them first mate Dick Morgan, the reptilian engineer Vord, and weapon’s master Kieran. These galactic traders take on spider-like aliens, as well as Hal Chromos and his Corporate Security Troops in this blaster-blazing space odyssey.

Bill Craig is the bestselling author of more than 60 novels spread across the genres from mystery to pulp to science fiction to westerns. Bill is best known for his Marlow Key West mysteries and his Mitch Cooper mysteries. Bill often likes to say that it only took him 34 years to become an overnight success.
