While creating custom gourmet frozen prepared meals and proprietary formulas for Fortune 100 and specialty food companies, she perfected the art of preserving freshness, flavor, and texture in make-ahead and heat-and-serve frozen foods. You will find her creations in corporate cafes and on grocery store shelves across the U.S under a variety of brand names. Today she lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, enjoying the sun with her three daughters, son-in-law, and three gorgeous grandchildren.
